An AI trading journal that reviews your trades, not one that places them
Most tools filed under AI trading are trying to pick trades for you: bots, signals, chart scanners that grade a setup before you enter. TickerReplay does none of that, and will not. The AI here is pointed backwards, at trades you have already taken, where there is a right answer to check against.
Paste-to-log is on the free plan. No card.
What the AI actually does
Turns a note or a screenshot into a trade
Paste "sold 2 SPY 560/565 call spreads for 1.20, closed at 0.40" or drop in a screenshot of your broker's fill confirmation, and it comes back as structured fields: symbol, strategy, legs, quantity, prices. Those pre-fill the manual entry form and are flagged for your review. A trade is never created from a model's guess, which matters because every statistic downstream depends on the fills being right.
Reads your own history and tells you what it sees
Insights run across the trades you have logged over a window you choose, not across the market. They describe patterns in your own executions: which setups carry your expectancy, where hold time stops helping, which days cost you. Every one traces back to trades you can open and check.
Drafts the post so sharing is not a chore
One-click drafts for X or Reddit from a trade you already journaled, which you edit before anything is posted. Nothing is published automatically.
What it does not do, on purpose
- It does not predict prices, pick trades, or generate signals.
- It does not trade. There is no bot and no broker write access; the broker connection is read-only.
- It does not grade a setup before you take it. There is nothing to check that claim against, which is exactly why we do not make it.
- It does not invent numbers. Every statistic is computed from your executions, not estimated by a model.
This is a narrower claim than most of the category makes, and it is narrower deliberately. A model reviewing what already happened can be checked against the fills. A model forecasting what happens next cannot be checked against anything until it is too late to matter.

Where the AI sits in the plans
Paste-to-log is on the free plan. Insights and post drafts are on paid plans, from $15/mo billed annually, with a daily cap per plan because each call costs real money to run. The cap is shown in the app rather than discovered when it stops working.
See it on your own trades
Import a CSV or paste a trade in plain English. The free plan covers 30 trades per rolling 30 days with no card, and the numbers come from your fills either way.

Common questions
Does the AI tell me what to trade?
No, and it is not a feature we are planning. It reviews trades you have already closed. Anything that claims to tell you what to trade next is making a claim nobody can verify in advance.
Is my trade data used to train a model?
No. Calls go to the provider to produce your result and are not used for training. The privacy policy sets out what is sent and what is not.
What happens if the parse gets it wrong?
You see it before anything is saved, because the output pre-fills a form rather than creating a trade. Confidence is recorded alongside the parse so low-confidence results are visible rather than silent.
Do I need the AI to use TickerReplay?
No. Every report is computed from your executions by the engine, not by a model. The AI is a faster way in and a second read on what you already have.
