One spreadsheet, two ways to run it. It has a Trades sheet where you type each fill and a Summary sheet that works out win rate, profit factor, expectancy and average R for you. Ten example trades are already filled in, so you can check the formulas against known numbers before you trust them with your own.

The full walkthrough: all 15 columns, which three are live formulas and which you type yourself, how the multiplier column keeps share and option P&L correct in one sheet, and what the 10 worked trades reveal about a 60% win rate that is only earning $25.39 a trade.

The same workbook, imported into Sheets in about fifteen seconds. Covers the one import setting that matters, why none of the nine functions it uses break on the way across, and what to do when the file grows past a few thousand rows.
Where a spreadsheet stops
A sheet is honest work and it will take you a long way. It stops at the point where you are typing every fill by hand, because that is the step people quietly skip on a bad week, which is exactly the week worth reading back. It also cannot rebuild a spread, a roll or an assignment into one trade; those arrive from your broker as separate fills and stay separate rows.
TickerReplay does that part. Drop in a CSV from your broker and it rebuilds the fills into trades with spreads, rolls and assignments kept whole. See the export guides for your broker, or read what the free plan covers. Start free; 30 trades per rolling 30 days, no card.
